"Aquafaba Whipped Cream
25 minutes | Makes 2 cups
This fluffy whipped cream demonstrates the magic of aquafaba, the liquid found in a can of chickpeas. Its starch and viscosity allow it to be whipped like cream or egg whites, though the whipping process can take awhile. Unlike whipped dairy cream, whipped aquafaba won't hold its shape for more than a couple of hours, so prepare it just before using.
1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid from a 15-oz. can of no-salt-added chickpeas)
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat with a mixer on medium to high until foamy. Continue beating on high about 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

Notes:
After combining wet and dry, mixing them together i found the mixture to be quite dry. Add a splash of plant milk if you encounter the same and it will do just fine! (love love love this recipe)
The whipped cream was wonderful! It be a lot easier to make with a mixer, took a lot of effort hand whisking, thought it turned out well!
