1/3 cup frozen mixed berries (
black, blue and raspberry)
1 banana
1/3 cup frozen mango
measurements are rough, i don't usually measure, just trial and error.
can also add:
flaxseeds or plantbased protein
(hemp, pea, soy, brow rice)
lions mane powder/mushroom coffee
Mashed avocado
sliced tomatoes (or cherry tom.)
purple onion
crack black pepper
sprinkle of turmeric
topped with cilantro + hot sauce
smear peanut butter in a bowl
add (cooked) oats
top with fresh fruit of choice
(apple, strawberry, banana..)
optional topping of date syrup for added sweetness!
sliced bread (or bagel) toasted
spread PB
add sliced banana (or other fruit)
drizzle with date syrup
sprinkle ground cinnamon
roasted potatoes (hash browns or home fires)
sauteed veggies; broccoli, onion, mushroom, bell pepper, asparagus
black beans
avocado
diced tomato
can add tofu for extra protein!
(baked, pan fried, raw/cold)
