Notes:
I used canned lentils for this recipe (calls for dry); cook time was altered incredibly.
When I added the canned lentils + most of liquid, i immediately added the onion, mushroom and garlic.
Proceeded to follow the recipe from there, being mindful of the liquid/alteration.
Next time, ill probably 1/2 the soy sauce/amino (it was a little overpowering, but still good!)
Lots of protein and fiber too!
